What To Expect In A Typical Session

Embodiment Exercise

The first 10-15 minutes of the meeting is always an embodiment exercise. This is either a meditation, breathwork, or a silence or movement exercise like Tai Chi. This gets you out of your head and into your body so you’re fully present for the session.

3 Minute Check-Ins

Then we do check-ins. Everybody has 3 minutes to share what's happened in their life over the past week.

Conversation

After each check-in is done we let the conversation flow naturally. You or any of the other participants can share what’s currently important to you. This allows you to get helpful feedback about your challenges, share your successes, or simply get something off your chest.

Reflection

Then the other participants reflect their thoughts back to you and the reflective discussion begins.

Group Exercises

You'll also do group exercises together. This is where we do the deeper work by opening a conversation on a certain topic and everybody shares their thoughts.
